Sherine's Music Journey
Sherine's singing talent was first noticed by her music teacher when she was a child. When she was nine years old, her teacher told her mother to take her to the Cairo Opera House. There, she met Selim Sahab, a famous Egyptian music conductor. Sherine sang for him, and he was very impressed by her voice.

At 18, Sherine met Nasr Mahrous, a well-known music producer. He liked her voice and decided to work with her. She also met Tamer Hosny, another new singer, at Nasr Mahrous's company, Free Music.
Nasr Mahrous decided to release an album that featured both Tamer Hosny and Sherine. This album, called Free Mix3 - Tamer & Sherine, came out in September 2002. It included two songs where they sang together. The album became a huge hit across the Middle East and North Africa, selling over 20 million copies.
