Sofia Alexandra Richie Grainge (born August 24, 1998) is an American social media star and model. She has worked with many big brands like Stuart Weitzman, Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors, and Adidas. Sofia is the youngest daughter of famous singer Lionel Richie. Her sister is television personality Nicole Richie.

Early Life and Family

Sofia Richie was born on August 24, 1998, in Los Angeles, California. Her father is the musician Lionel Richie, and her mother is Diane Alexander. She has an older sister, Nicole Richie, and a brother, Miles Richie.

Sofia's godfather was the famous singer Michael Jackson. She has shared that visiting Jackson's Neverland Ranch was one of her favorite childhood memories. She also became good friends with his daughter, Paris.

Growing Up with Music

Sofia grew up loving music, just like her father. She started singing when she was five years old. By age seven, she was learning to play the piano. She sometimes appeared at her father's concerts.
