Space Power (also known as SPTV) was an Arabic TV channel that showed anime programs for young people. It was based in Damascus, Syria. The channel started broadcasting on March 8, 2008. It featured content from companies like the Al Zuhra Company in Syria and Network Today in Damascus and Dubai. Space Power stopped broadcasting as a full channel in 2014.
However, Space Power made a comeback on November 16, 2016. It returned as a special block of shows on the Spacetoon channel. This block aired daily from 10:30 PM Mecca time until midnight. During this time, Space Power showed its own dubbed programs, and the logos of Space Power and Spacetoon would switch every 10 seconds.
In 2019, some of the shows that used to be on Space Power were added to the Spacetoon Go app. Also in 2019, a new program called Magic Kaito was added to the Space Power section of the Spacetoon Go app. This made it the first new show for Space Power after the original channel closed down.
