Discover the Supernormal Show
In the city of Crumptonville, there's a special school. It's a school just for superheroes! The students wear cool Spandex suits. They even study things like Death Traps and Doomsday Machines. But even superheroes have normal school problems. Some are super smart, while others are super lazy. There are super-nerds and super-jocks too. There's even a teacher's pet, but it lives in the basement and eats cats!
Supernormal follows four students who are, well, not exactly the best. They are still learning how to be heroes.
- Changerella is a peaceful shape-shifter. She loves flowers, kindness, and all things pink. She believes the world would be a happier place with more of these things.
- The Brass Butt (or BB) is super strong. He might not be the smartest, but he uses his shiny brass butt to fight bad guys!
- Buzz Girl is a sarcastic girl with four arms. She has many powers from the insect world. But watch out, she has a weakness for porch lights!
- Eric Normal is just an ordinary boy. He has no superpowers at all. But somehow, with good luck and common sense, he passed the school's tough entrance exam.
At this school, Eric Normal and his friends learn what it truly means to be a hero. They discover this with or without superpowers!
Meet the Supernormal Characters
Eric Normal: The Ordinary Hero
Eric Normal is the world's first superhero without superpowers! He wears a Spandex suit and a homemade cape. But the only "super" thing about him is how totally normal he is.
Eric is brave and determined. He gets to live every kid's dream: wearing a cool costume and fighting bad guys. He takes his superhero training very seriously. Eric is full of excitement and has a strong sense of justice. He is always ready to stop evil. He knows he doesn't have powers, but that won't stop him from jumping into action!
He thinks he's a master planner. But his plans are often not well thought out. Still, whether it's luck or just a coincidence, Eric Normal always wins. When the world is in danger, you might not think to call a 13-year-old kid with no powers. But Eric is always ready to answer the call for justice! Michael Sinterniklaas does his voice.
The Brass Butt (BB): Strong and Loyal
The Brass Butt is super strong and very loyal! He is Eric Normal's best friend. BB, as his friends call him, comes from a long line of Brass Butts. His father was a Brass Butt. His father's father was a Brass Butt. His father's father's father was just a tin butt, but that guy's dad was a Brass Butt too! Gary Littman is his voice actor.
Changerella: The Peaceful Shape-Shifter
Changerella is a very positive and loving person. She has the power to shape-shift. Like BB, she can sometimes be forgetful or not pay attention. She is the most caring person in the group. She is very protective of her friends. Changerella often claps and cheers for Eric's ideas. She does this even when she knows they won't work. She wears purple and pink clothes. These clothes are decorated with flowers. Her voice is done by Sarah Hadland.
Buzz Girl: The Sarcastic Insect Hero
Buzz Girl has all the powers of an insect. She can climb walls, fly, and stretch her tongue. She can also spin webs, which is a power of spiders, not insects. She often makes sarcastic comments and snide remarks. But she means well. Buzz Girl rarely smiles in the show. She frowns or sulks more often. She has four arms and wings. She wears a black and purple bathing suit. Tara Sands provides her voice.
