Taylor is a small city located in Stark County, North Dakota, in the United States. In 2020, about 230 people lived there. It is part of the larger Dickinson area.

History of Taylor
Taylor was started in 1882. It was built along the transcontinental railroad line of the Northern Pacific Railway. This railroad connected the east and west coasts of the United States.
The city was named after David R. Taylor. He was a railroad official who worked in Mandan. Later, he also started a drugstore there.
