Terrence "T.C." Carson, born on November 19, 1958, is an American actor and singer. He is famous for his work in TV shows, movies, plays, and video games. Many people know him as Kyle Barker from the TV show Living Single. He was also the first voice of Kratos in the God of War video game series. He voiced Kratos from 2005 to 2013. T.C. Carson also voiced Mace Windu in different Star Wars cartoons and games, like Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

Early Life and Learning
Terrence "T.C." Carson grew up in Chicago, Illinois. He was the only child of his mother, who raised him in the LeClaire Courts projects. His mother, who worked as a seamstress and a nurse's aide, taught him to love art. He went to the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign. There, he studied architecture and interior design. In 1981, he joined the Iota Phi Theta fraternity.
Acting Career
T.C. Carson started his acting career on stage. He performed in many plays and musicals. Some of these include The Wiz, Dreamgirls, and Ain't Misbehavin'. He also traveled around the country with shows like Sesame Street Live.
Television Roles
Carson is most famous for playing Kyle Barker on the popular TV show Living Single. This show was on TV from 1993 to 1998. He played a smooth stockbroker, and people really liked his performance. He also appeared in other TV shows. These include a regular role in Greenleaf. He also made guest appearances on shows like Black Lightning and Nashville.
Voice Acting Work
Besides acting on screen, T.C. Carson has done a lot of voice acting. His most well-known voice role is Kratos in the God of War video game series. He voiced Kratos from 2005 until 2013. He also did the motion capture for the character. His first time voicing Kratos was for the original God of War on PlayStation 2. His last time was in God of War: Ascension on PlayStation 3. Christopher Judge started voicing Kratos in 2018 for God of War on PlayStation 4.
Carson also voiced Kratos when he was a special character in other games. These include Everybody's Golf 5 and Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny. He was also Kratos in Mortal Kombat (PlayStation 3 and Vita versions) and PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale.
Carson voiced Mace Windu in the 2003 cartoon Star Wars: Clone Wars. He voiced Mace Windu again in the 2008 series Star Wars: The Clone Wars. He also voiced Guillo (male) in the GameCube game Baten Kaitos Origins. He was the voice of Touchstone in the PlayStation Portable game Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror. Carson also voiced Samuel and Mr. Carson in the Clifford the Big Red Dog cartoon.

T.C. Carson has been in several movies. These include Livin' Large! (1991) and U-571 (2000). He also played Eugene Dix in Final Destination 2 (2003). Eugene was a schoolteacher and one of the people who survived a big crash. Carson played Marcus Elkins in the A Wesley Christmas movie series.
