The Adventures of Superboy is an animated TV show about the young superhero Superboy. It was made by Filmation and shown on CBS from 1966 to 1969. Each episode was about six minutes long.

These 34 short cartoons were part of bigger shows. They were often shown with cartoons about Superman and other DC Comics superheroes. This was the first time Superboy appeared in animated form!

The show featured Superboy's secret identity, Clark Kent, who wore glasses and acted shy. His friend Lana Lang and his super-powered dog, Krypto, also appeared. Krypto often joined Superboy on his exciting missions.

Other familiar characters from the comic books were also in the show. These included Martha and Jonathan Kent, who were Superboy's loving foster parents. The town of Smallville was also shown just like in the comics.

In each episode, Superboy would leave high school to fight different bad guys. He faced dog-nappers, out-of-control robots, and even aliens. Sometimes, he met other young heroes with powers. He even had to fight a group of criminals while disguised as Clark Kent! Many stories were written by people who wrote for the DC Comics. The characters looked very similar to how they appeared in the Superboy comic books at that time.
