The Clutch was a group of talented songwriters and record producers from Atlanta, Georgia. They worked together to create many hit songs for famous music artists. The main members of The Clutch were Candice Clotiel "Gg" Nelson, Ezekiel "Zeke" Lewis, Patrick Michael "J. Que" Smith, Balewa Muhammad, and Keri Hilson.
This team helped create popular songs like "Ice Box" by Omarion, "Like a Boy" by Ciara, and "The Way I Are" by Timbaland. They also wrote "Radar" for Britney Spears and "One Less Lonely Girl" for Justin Bieber.
The members of The Clutch often worked in smaller groups of two or more. Even if not all five members worked on a song, it was still considered a "Clutch" song.
