Torraye L. Braggs (born May 15, 1976) is an American professional basketball player. He has played for many different teams around the world. During his career, Braggs played in the NBA in the United States. He also played in basketball leagues in seventeen other countries. Some of these countries include Spain, Venezuela, Greece, and the Philippines.

Early Life and High School Basketball
Torraye Braggs was born in Fresno, California. He went to Edison High School in Fresno. While there, he played basketball for his high school team.
College Basketball Career
After high school, Braggs continued to play college basketball. He played at San Jose City College from 1994 to 1996. Later, he played for the Xavier Musketeers at Xavier University. He was part of their NCAA Division I team from 1996 to 1998.
Professional Basketball Journey
After finishing college, Torraye Braggs was chosen by the Utah Jazz in the 1998 NBA draft. He was the 57th player picked overall in the second round.
Starting in Europe
Braggs began his professional career playing for a team called Alerta Cantabria in the Spanish ACB League. He spent several years playing basketball in Europe.
Playing in the NBA
Later in his career, Braggs played for two teams in the NBA. He played for the Houston Rockets in November 2003 and again in March 2005. He also played for the Washington Wizards from January to February 2004. During his time in the NBA, he scored about 2 points per game.
Other Leagues in the United States
Besides the NBA, Braggs also played in other professional leagues in the United States. These included the Continental Basketball Association (CBA), the American Basketball Association (ABA), and the NBA Developmental League (NBDL).
Success in International Leagues
In the 2006–07 season, Braggs played for the Latvian Basketball League team ASK Rīga. With this team, he helped them win the Latvian League championship that season. During that same season, he scored about 13 points per game in the Latvian league. He also scored around 14 points per game in the regional Baltic Basketball League (BBL). In the 2008–09 season, Braggs played for the Uruguayan Basketball League (LUB) team Malvín.
