What the Show is About

The story takes place on a make-believe island called Griffin Rock. It's somewhere off the coast of Maine. The Rescue Bots are a special group of Autobots who are made for rescue missions. Their names are Heatwave, Boulder, Blades, and Chase.

They heard a message from Optimus Prime asking any active Autobots in space to come to Earth. After a long sleep, the Rescue Bots woke up. They learned what happened to their home planet, Cybertron. They found out they were one of the last Rescue Bot teams left.

Optimus Prime decided they were too important to fight the Decepticons. So, he teamed them up with the Burns Family. The Burns family are human first responders, like firefighters and police. Together, the robots and humans learn to work as a team. They become heroes and deal with different disasters. They also learn about Earth's cultures.
