Steven Jay Blum (born April 29, 1960) is an American voice actor. He is famous for his deep voice. You might know him as Spike Spiegel from Cowboy Bebop. He also voiced Amon in The Legend of Korra.
Steve Blum is also the voice of Heatblast, Ghostfreak, and Vilgax from Ben 10. He played Garazeb Orrelios in Star Wars Rebels and Starscream in Transformers: Prime. In video games, he is Sub-Zero from the Mortal Kombat games. He also voiced Tank Dempsey in the Call of Duty Zombies series.
You can hear his voice as Ares in the God of War games. He is also Wolverine in many Marvel shows and games. These include Wolverine and the X-Men.
Blum has used other names for his work. These include David Lucas, Richard Cardona, Roger Canfield, Tom Baron, and Daniel Andrews.

Steven Jay Blum was born on April 29, 1960. His family lived in Santa Monica, California. When he was a child, Steve faced challenges. He was overweight and sometimes bullied.
To help himself, he spent time drawing, sculpting, and making music. He also loved to explore nature. He would notice all the different sounds, shapes, and colors around him.
When Steve was 12, he worked at his grandfather's book store. It was in Hollywood, California. He helped organize the comic book section. Steve loved cartoons and was good at doing impressions of characters. He even got requests for impressions after leaving a voicemail using the voice of Goofy.

Steve Blum began his career working in the mail room. This was at a film studio called Empire International Pictures. The person in charge of the mail room noticed his deep voice. They offered him a job on a "Japananimation" project.
Steve later became the head of marketing at a studio. He did voice acting on the side. Eventually, he decided to become a full-time voice actor.
