Unterendingen was a small town, also called a municipality, in Switzerland. It was located in the Aargau area, in the Zurzach district. On January 1, 2014, Unterendingen joined with the nearby town of Endingen. This means it is no longer a separate municipality.

Before it merged, Unterendingen covered about 3.5 square kilometers (1.35 square miles). A large part of this land, about 53.5%, was used for farming. This included fields for crops and areas for animals to graze.

Forests covered about 37.9% of the land. The remaining 8.1% of the area was used for buildings and roads. A very small part, about 0.3%, was made up of rivers.

Most of the built-up areas were homes and other buildings, making up 4.3% of the land. Roads and other ways to travel took up 2.9%. In the forested areas, 36.1% was dense forest. Small groups of trees or orchards covered 1.7%.
