West Haverstraw is a small village in Rockland County, New York, United States. It became an official village in 1883. It is part of the larger town of Haverstraw.
The village is located northwest of Haverstraw village. It is also east of Thiells and south of Stony Point. To its west is the Hudson River. In 2020, about 10,678 people lived there. A large part of the area known as Garnerville is actually inside West Haverstraw.
