Wyocena is a small village in Columbia County, Wisconsin, United States. In 2020, about 756 people lived there. This village is part of the larger Town of Wyocena. It is also close to Madison, a big city in Wisconsin.

On April 25, 2008, a tornado hit Wyocena. This powerful storm unfortunately damaged many homes in the village.

Getting Around Wyocena
Two main roads, Wis 16 and Wis 22, help people travel in and out of Wyocena.
- Wis 16 goes east towards Columbus and west towards Poynette and Portage.
- Wis 22 goes north to Pardeeville and Montello. It goes south to US Route 51 near North Leeds. Taking Wis 22 South is the quickest way to get to Madison.
