  • Centre: Hooley Smith (Montreal Maroons) was the First Team Centre, and Bill Thoms (Toronto Maple Leafs) was on the Second Team.
  • Wingers: Charlie Conacher (Toronto Maple Leafs) and Sweeney Schriner (New York Americans) were the First Team Wingers. Cecil Dillon (New York Rangers) and Paul Thompson (Chicago Black Hawks) were on the Second Team.
  • Coaches: Lester Patrick (New York Rangers) was the First Team Coach, and Tommy Gorman (Montreal Maroons) was the Second Team Coach.
