This article is about the sixteenth season of America's Next Top Model, a popular TV show where young people compete to become top fashion models. This season started on February 23, 2011, and was the tenth time the show aired on The CW network. The main idea for this season was "Rainy Day Women."
The winner of this season received some amazing prizes:
- A modeling contract with IMG Models, a big modeling agency.
- A special photo spread in Vogue Italia magazine, and also the cover and a spread in Beauty In Vogue. Their photos would also be shown on Vogue.it.
- A US$100,000 contract with CoverGirl cosmetics, a well-known makeup brand.
The same three main judges from the season before were back: Vogue editor-at-large André Leon Talley, photographer Nigel Barker, and the show's creator, Tyra Banks.
For the international part of the competition, the models traveled to Marrakech, Morocco. This was the first time the show visited Africa since its fourth season, and also its first time in North Africa and the Arab world.
The winner of this season was 19-year-old Brittani Kline from Beech Creek, Pennsylvania. Molly O'Connell came in second place as the runner-up.

Tyra surprised the final 14 girls after pretending to eliminate them. They moved into the model house and had a runway challenge where they walked inside plastic bubbles over water. Brittani won this challenge. At the judging panel, Angelia was eliminated.

The models received new hairstyles and looks during the season:
- Dominique - Long curly dark red hair extensions with matching eyebrows.
- Sara - Hair cut shorter and dyed dark brown.
- Dalya - Long straight black hair extensions.
- Monique - Long wavy hair extensions.
- Mikaela - Pocahontas inspired long straight black hair extensions.
- Jaclyn - Volumized curls.
- Kasia - Crimped blonde hair extensions.
- Alexandria - Long straight blonde hair extensions.
- Hannah - Blonde highlights and lighter eyebrows.
- Molly - Diana Ross inspired curly blonde hair extensions; later, the extensions were removed, and then her hair was cut short.
- Brittani - Bob cut with bangs and dyed black; later, a pixie cut.

Post-Top Model careers
Many contestants continued their careers after the show:
- Alexandria Everett returned for America's Next Top Model, cycle 17: All-Stars, where she finished in 7th place.
- Molly O'Connell was originally chosen for the All-Stars season but was replaced by Alexandria.
- Monique Weingart was also asked to join the All-Star cycle but decided not to.
- Brittani Kline is a successful model signed with several agencies around the world, including Muse Model Management in New York and Premier Model Management in London. She has walked in fashion shows for famous designers like Balenciaga and Prabal Gurung. She also appeared in Interview Magazine and a Vogue Mexico advertisement. Her winning Beauty In Vogue and Vogue Italia photo spreads were published in November 2011.
- Dalya Morrow has signed with Wünder Model Management.
- Nicole Lucas worked as a model in Singapore and was signed to Avenue Model Management, using the name Chloe. She appeared in magazines like Elle Singapore and Style Magazine.
- Jaclyn Poole signed with Models International but later left the fashion industry to become a grade school teacher.
- Mikaela Schipani has been signed with I Model Management, Paragon Models, and Ford Models. She has also participated in Fashion Week shows.
- Hannah Kat Jones signed with Paradigm and got a guest role as Carrie on the Disney Channel show Austin & Ally. She also hosted a sketch comedy show called "TMI".
