Angelo Di Livio (born on July 26, 1966) is a former Italian footballer. He played as a midfielder or a wing-back. Di Livio played for many Italian clubs during his career. He became very well-known while playing for Juventus. With Juventus, he won several important titles in Italy and internationally. He also played for the Italian national team. He took part in two FIFA World Cups and two UEFA European Championships. He even reached the final of UEFA Euro 2000.
During his time as a player, people called him soldatino, which means "toy soldier". His teammate Roberto Baggio gave him this nickname. It was because Di Livio was not very tall and had a special way of running up and down the side of the field.

Angelo Di Livio's Club Career
Angelo Di Livio was born in Rome, Italy. He started his football journey with Roma in 1984. He didn't play any games for Roma in his first season. After that, he played for several other teams. These included Reggiana (1985–86), Nocerina (1986–87), Perugia (1987–89), and Padova (1989–93).
Success with Juventus
From 1993 to 1999, Di Livio played for Juventus. He was a very important player for the team. He was known for his endless running and great passes. During this time, Juventus was one of the best teams in football history. With Juventus, he won three Italian league titles, called scudetti. These were in 1995, 1997, and 1998.

He finally retired from playing after the 2004–05 season.
