Ben 10: Alien Force – Vilgax Attacks is an exciting video game from the popular Ben 10 series. It's the third game overall and the second one based on the Ben 10: Alien Force TV show. This game specifically follows the story of the third and final season of Ben 10: Alien Force. It first came out on October 27, 2009.

What is Ben 10: Alien Force – Vilgax Attacks about?
The game begins when the evil Vilgax attacks Earth! He uses a special device called a Null Void projector. This machine beams dangerous prisoners from the Null Void dimension onto Earth. Ben Tennyson, Gwen Tennyson, and Kevin Levin quickly jump into action. They need to protect their hometown, Bellwood.
Stopping Vilgax's First Attack
Ben faces off against Vilgax's helper, List of Ben 10 villains#Psyphon. Psyphon even brings a Mr. Smoothy billboard to life to fight Ben! Ben uses many of his alien forms to win. But this drains the power from his Omnitrix watch.
Suddenly, List of Ben 10 characters#Azmuth, the creator of the Omnitrix, appears. He tells Ben that the Omnitrix needs to recharge. This means Ben can only use a few aliens for now. These include Swampfire, Humungousaur, Cannonbolt, Big Chill, and Spidermonkey.
Gwen and Kevin arrive with Professor List of Ben 10 villains#Paradox. Paradox sends the team back in time. Their mission is to stop Vilgax's plan before it fully starts. Grandpa Max sends them a message. He tells them to go to the planet Vulpin. This is the home of List of Ben 10 aliens#Wildmutt, one of Ben's original aliens. Ben calls on his friend List of Ben 10 characters#Ship to help them travel.
Adventures on Alien Planets
On Vulpin, Grandpa Max sends another message. He reveals that Vilgax is using the planet's factory. He's making a strange alien device there. Ben goes to the factory alone. He fights Vilgax's robots and other creatures. He even battles a giant two-headed snake!
At the factory, Ben meets the List of Ben 10 villains#The Vreedle Brothers. He defeats them and destroys the alien device. This causes the factory to catch fire. Ben then meets up with Gwen and Kevin. They learn Vilgax's big plan: he wants to find energy cores. These cores will power his Null Void projector to take over Earth. Max's next message sends them to Terradino. This is List of Ben 10 aliens#Humungousaur's home planet.
The team arrives on Terradino. They find out an energy core is in a nearby temple. Ben gets his alien form List of Ben 10 aliens#Goop back. Inside the temple, he faces List of Ben 10 villains#Charmcaster. She wants revenge for Ben's past actions against her Uncle List of Ben 10 villains#Hex. Ben defeats Charmcaster and destroys the energy core. The temple then starts to fall apart.
Ben reunites with Gwen and Kevin. They learn that Max has gone to Encephalonus IV. This is List of Ben 10 aliens#Brainstorm's home planet. An old enemy of Ben's is waiting for him there.
More Challenges and Surprises
On Encephalonus IV, Ben gets List of Ben 10 aliens#Brainstorm back. He soon discovers the villain is List of Ben 10 villains#Darkstar. Ben easily defeats Darkstar. He destroys the next energy core. After meeting Gwen and Kevin, they get another message from Max. The final energy core is supposedly on Anur Phaetos. This is the home world of Zs'Skayr, also known as List of Ben 10 aliens#Ghostfreak. Vilgax hears this message and challenges Ben to find his way to Anur Phaetos. But Anur Phaetos isn't a planet; it's another dimension!
Luckily, Ben and Gwen's grandmother, List of Ben 10 characters#Verdona Tennyson, arrives to help. Verdona teleports them into Anur Phaetos. But they get separated. Ben faces Zs'Skayr and defeats him. He destroys the energy core Zs'Skayr was guarding. Ben also gets List of Ben 10 aliens#Echo Echo back. Professor Paradox then brings the group back to their own dimension. He tells them Max was tricking Vilgax. There was one more energy core, but it wasn't on Anur Phaetos. A mysterious being is on Mor' Otesi, List of Ben 10 aliens#Chromastone's home planet. This being is using a material called Taydenite to create an energy core for Vilgax.
The Final Showdown
On Mor' Otesi, the team learns that their friend List of Ben 10 characters#Cooper Daniels is being tricked. He's making the new energy core for an unknown villain. Cooper tells them to go to the research center. Ben gets List of Ben 10 aliens#Chromastone back. He heads to the lab while Gwen and Kevin go with Cooper another way. Ben discovers the villain is List of Ben 10 villains#Albedo. Ben barely manages to defeat him. After destroying the Taydenite, Ben meets up with Gwen and Kevin. Grandpa Max arrives. He tells them there's one more energy core, but it's in the Null Void.
The group goes to the Null Void. Max gives Ben a special key to enter. He warns Ben not to destroy this last energy core. Instead, Ben must use it to get back to their own dimension. Ben gets List of Ben 10 aliens#Jetray back. In the Null Void, he faces List of Ben 10 villains#Doctor Animo. Ben defeats him and finds the final energy core. He uses it to return to his dimension, where no time has passed. Ben also gives Max a picture from when Ben first found the Omnitrix at age ten.
The group returns home. Vilgax is still attacking Earth! But his Null Void projector is weaker now. Ben destroyed almost all the other energy cores. With Max, Gwen, and Kevin fighting Vilgax's helpers, Ben makes his way through Bellwood. He is then beamed onto Vilgax's ship. Ben confronts Vilgax himself. After defeating Vilgax, Psyphon steals the last energy core from Ben. Psyphon tries to blast Ben with raw Null Void energy.
But Professor Paradox appears! He tells Ben, "Now is the right moment." Ben then changes into List of Ben 10 aliens#Alien X! (He was going to do this earlier, but Paradox told him to wait.) Alien X reverses the cannon's power. This sends Vilgax, his ship, and Psyphon through a Null Void portal. Ben changes back to normal. Azmuth appears. He seems like he's going to scold Ben. But instead, he congratulates him! The game ends with Azmuth adding a new feature to the Omnitrix. Ben excitedly says, "Oh yeah! It is seriously hero time, now!"
How to Play Ben 10: Alien Force – Vilgax Attacks
In this game, you'll experience a mix of action and brain-teasing puzzles. You'll need to use Ben's different alien forms to get through levels. Each alien has unique skills. For example, you might need to turn into List of Ben 10 aliens#Humungousaur to smash through doors. Or use List of Ben 10 aliens#Swampfire to light things on fire.
Each alien form has different attacks and special moves. You can unlock new abilities by defeating enemies. You also collect glowing energy orbs. But be careful! Using an alien's special powers drains energy from Ben's Omnitrix meter. You'll have to wait for the meter to recharge before you can use those powers again.
