Charlotte Louise Fullerton (born March 20, 1949) is an American writer. She creates stories for many things you might enjoy, like television shows, novels (books), comic books, and video games.

Charlotte Fullerton studied cinema and television at the University of Southern California. She began her career helping out at Fox Kids Network. There, she worked on a fun campaign called "Bartcasting." This project showed Bart Simpson taking over the network. It even won an award for Fox Kids!

Early Career and Film Work

Fullerton also worked on a short film called Troops. This film was a funny version of the TV show Cops, but set in the Star Wars universe. For Troops, she helped direct the voices and oversaw the final steps of making the film. She also worked as a Foley artist, creating sound effects like footsteps or rustling clothes. In 2010, Time magazine called Troops the best Star Wars fan film ever.
