What Is the Show About?

After the Wicked Witch of the West melted, Queen Ozma made Dorothy Gale the Princess of Emerald City. Dorothy is brave, kind, and always ready for adventure. She uses her ruby slippers to help her with her royal duties.

Dorothy, with her dog Toto and friends Scarecrow, Tin Man, and Cowardly Lion, solves problems in Oz. They face magic, Munchkins, flying monkeys, and Wilhelmina. Wilhelmina is the niece of the Wicked Witch of the West. She is training to be a wicked witch herself.

The Wizard's Return

In the second season, the Wizard of Oz returns to Oz. He got caught in another tornado. He wants to become a real wizard with actual magic powers. The Wizard finds out that the Wicked Witch's spirit is trapped in her crystal ball. He tries to bring her back to life to get powers. But his plan goes wrong. Dorothy accidentally brings the Wicked Witch back without her powers. This causes new dangers for the Land of Oz.
