Jessica Sonya DiCicco (born June 10, 1980) is an American actress. She is famous for using her voice to bring many animated characters to life. You might have heard her in popular TV shows and video games.
Jessica's first voice role was as an announcer for Nickelodeon's educational channel, Noggin. Since then, she has voiced many characters for Nickelodeon. These include Gwen Wu in The Mighty B!, Selina and Miele in Winx Club, and both Lucy Loud and Lynn Loud Jr. in The Loud House. She also voiced Annie Bramley in It's Pony. Since 2012, she has also been the announcer for the Nick Jr. Channel.
Her voice work also extends to Disney Junior. There, she voiced Toby the Cactus in Sheriff Callie's Wild West, Hissy in Puppy Dog Pals, and Summer Penguin in Muppet Babies. On other networks, she voiced Maggie Pesky in Disney Channel's The Buzz on Maggie and Flame Princess in Cartoon Network's Adventure Time. Her role as Flame Princess made her known around the world. She was even nominated for a Daytime Emmy award for voicing Malina in The Emperor's New School.

Early Life and First Roles
Jessica DiCicco was born in Los Angeles, California, on June 10, 1980. Her father is the well-known television and film actor Bobby Di Cicco. When Jessica was young, her family moved to New York City. She grew up on the Upper West Side of the city.
When she was in second grade, a famous person named Marlo Thomas chose her for a special TV show. It was an ABC special called Free to Be... A Family. Jessica also had a small part in the movie The Godfather Part III. She appeared in an episode of the TV show Kate and Allie. In 1993, she played young Cindy Zagarella in the film Household Saints.
Starting a Voice Acting Career
Jessica went to Syracuse University at the Newhouse School. She wanted to learn more about how TV shows are made. Before college, she met Mike Pecoriello, a producer from Nickelodeon. He offered her a chance to be the voice for a new educational channel called Noggin.
Jessica agreed to the job and recorded promos from Syracuse while she was a student. She was the voice of Noggin throughout her college years and finished her studies in 2002. She also voiced Erin on Cartoon Network's Miguzi.
In 1998, Jessica appeared in the NBC miniseries Witness to the Mob. She was also in the TV film In the Nick of Time. Besides TV, Jessica also performed on stage with different theater groups. In 1999, she and her co-stars from the Nickelodeon pilot Bus No. 9 were nominated for a Young Artist Award. She also starred in a miniseries called As Our Schoolbus Turns.
Voice Acting Highlights
As a voice actress, Jessica DiCicco has played main characters in many animated shows. These include The Buzz on Maggie, The Emperor's New School, Loonatics Unleashed, and Shuriken School. She also had repeating roles in shows like The Replacements, El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera, American Dragon: Jake Long, Bratz, and All Grown Up!.
Jessica voiced Shelby in the DreamWorks movie Over the Hedge. She also voiced Gwen Wu in Amy Poehler's Nickelodeon show, The Mighty B!. She was the voice of Young Viper in the Kung Fu Panda short film Secrets of the Furious Five. In 2012, she joined the Cartoon Network show Adventure Time. She frequently voiced Flame Princess for seven of its ten seasons. She also voiced characters in Pound Puppies and Gravity Falls.
Jessica voices Lynn and Lucy Loud in the popular Nickelodeon animated series, The Loud House. In 2008, she was nominated for a Daytime Emmy for her role as Malina in The Emperor's New School. She also voices Toby the cactus and the mule Clementine in Sheriff Callie's Wild West.
Jessica has also lent her voice to several video games. Some of these include Psychonauts, Kingdom Hearts II, Hot Shots Tennis, and Resonance of Fate.
