Bullet (French pronunciation: [bylɛ]) is a small town, also called a municipality, in Switzerland. It is located in the canton of Vaud, specifically in the Jura-Nord Vaudois area.

History of Bullet
Bullet was first mentioned in official records way back in 1323. At that time, it was known as Buleto.
Geography of Bullet
Bullet is located in the Vaudois Jura region. It sits on a special type of hill called an end moraine, which was formed by the ice age era Rhone glacier.
The municipality covers an area of about 16.83 square kilometers (6.5 square miles). A large part of this land, almost half (47.6%), is used for farming. Another big part (46.6%) is covered by forests. The rest of the land is used for buildings and roads (5.3%), or it's made up of rivers and lakes (0.1%).
Bullet includes the main village of Bullet, which is about 1,143 meters (3,750 feet) above sea level. It also has smaller villages or hamlets like Les Rasses, Les Cluds, La Crochère, Les Crosats, and La Frétaz.
