Her family also owns D'Amores Pizza, which her father started. Caroline was a runner-up in Fox's cooking competition show Gordon Ramsay's Food Stars in 2023.

She started her career as a fashion model, working for famous designers like Diane von Fürstenberg and Stella McCartney. Later, she acted in Hollywood movies and TV shows.
