Chiu Chuang-huan (Chinese: 邱創煥; pinyin: Qiū Chuànghuàn; 25 July 1925 – 1 July 2020) was a Taiwanese politician. He was a member of the Kuomintang. He served as the Vice Premier from 1981 to 1984. He was also Governor of Taiwan Province from 1984 to 1990, and the President of the Examination Yuan from 1993 to 1996. Chiu was born in Taichū.
Chiu died on 1 July 2020 in Taipei from pneumonia-related problems at the age of 94.
