How Cloud City Ice Cream Started
Cloud City Ice Cream was opened in 2011 by a married couple, Bryan and Sarah Gilbert.
From One Shop to Another
The Gilberts took over the space after another ice cream shop called Chill Ice Cream closed. Before Chill Ice Cream, a place called Surf Shack operated in the same spot. Andrea Bowers was the first pastry chef at Cloud City. A local artist named Guita Anderson designed the company's logo and business cards.
