Cory Alexander Henry (born February 27, 1987) is an American musician, producer, and singer. He is known for playing jazz, gospel, and soul on the organ and piano. For many years, he was a member of the popular band Snarky Puppy.
In 2018, Henry started his solo career with the album Art of Love. He later released other albums, including Something to Say in 2020. He has worked with many famous artists, such as Kanye West and Dr. Dre. He helped write and produce the song "24" on West's album Donda.

Early Life and Musical Beginnings
Henry was born in Brooklyn, New York. He was a child prodigy, which means he had amazing talent at a very young age. By the time he was two years old, he was already playing both the piano and the Hammond organ. When he was just six, he performed at the famous Apollo Theater in New York City.
Music Career
Touring and Early Albums
Henry began touring as a professional musician in 2006. He played with some of the biggest names in music. These included rock star Bruce Springsteen, pop singer Michael McDonald, and the hip-hop group The Roots. He also performed with famous gospel singers like Kirk Franklin and Yolanda Adams.
In 2014, he released his first album, First Steps. It was a success and appeared on the Billboard music charts. It reached number five on the Top Jazz Albums chart. His second album, The Revival, came out in 2016. This live album was also very popular, reaching number two on the jazz chart and number five on the Top Gospel Albums chart.
Going Solo
In 2018, Cory Henry decided to leave the band Snarky Puppy to focus on his own music. He formed a new band called The Funk Apostles. Their first album together was Art of Love, released in 2018. Two years later, he released his second solo album, Something to Say.

Henry is a popular musician to work with. He has collaborated with many different artists.
