The 65th Annual Grammy Awards was a big music event held in Los Angeles on February 5, 2023. It celebrated the best music, songs, and artists from October 2021 to September 2022. The nominations were announced on November 15, 2022. Trevor Noah, a comedian from South Africa, hosted the show for the third time in a row.
Beyoncé received the most nominations with nine. Kendrick Lamar had eight, and Adele and Brandi Carlile each had seven. Beyoncé now has 88 career nominations, tying with her husband Jay-Z for the most nominations in Grammy history! Bad Bunny's album Un Verano Sin Ti (2022) was the first Spanish-language album ever nominated for Album of the Year.
Beyoncé also made history by winning the Best Dance/Electronic Album award. This win gave her a total of 32 Grammy awards, more than any other artist in the show's history!
