Francisco José Veiga Rodríguez, born in 1958 in Madrid, Spain, is a Spanish historian, journalist, and writer. He is a professor at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). He teaches in the Department of Contemporary History and has been a professor there since 1983. Francisco Veiga's work as a historian covers many important periods. He has studied the Interwar period (1918–1939), which was the time between World War I and World War II.
