Gregg Sulkin (born on May 29, 1992) is an actor from England. He first appeared on TV in 2002 in the mini-series Doctor Zhivago. His first movie role was in the 2006 comedy Sixty Six.

Gregg became well-known for his main role in the Disney Channel comedy series As the Bell Rings (2007–2008). He then became even more famous when he started acting in Hollywood. He starred in the TV series Wizards of Waverly Place (2010–2012) and its TV movie sequel, The Wizards Return: Alex vs. Alex (2013). He also starred in the Disney TV movie Avalon High (2010).

After appearing in the thriller series Pretty Little Liars (2012), Gregg Sulkin starred in the teen comedy TV series Faking It (2014–2016). He also played Chase Stein in the superhero TV series Runaways (2017–2019) and starred in Pretty Smart (2021). More recently, he appeared in the war drama series World on Fire (2023) and the war film The Six Triple Eight (2024).

Early Life and Background

Gregg Sulkin was born in Westminster, London, England. He is Jewish and had his Bar Mitzvah, a special Jewish ceremony, at the Western Wall in Jerusalem. He went to Highgate School in North London.

Starting Out (2002–2009)

Gregg Sulkin began his acting career in 2002 with the mini-series Doctor Zhivago. He then starred as Bernie Rubens in the comedy movie Sixty Six. He also played JJ in the Disney Channel comedy As the Bell Rings.

Later, he joined the CBBC children's sci-fi show The Sarah Jane Adventures, which is a spin-off from Doctor Who. In this show, he played a character named Adam. Gregg also had a recurring role on the Disney Channel series Wizards of Waverly Place. He played Mason Greyback, who was Alex's love interest. He appeared in several episodes of the third and fourth seasons of the show.

Becoming Well-Known (2010–2014)

In 2010, Gregg traveled to New Zealand to film the Disney Channel Original Movie Avalon High. This movie first aired on November 12, 2010. Gregg also took part in the Disney Channel's Friends for Change Games, where he was on the Yellow Team.

He played Mason Greyback again in the TV special The Wizards Return: Alex vs. Alex, which premiered in March 2013. In 2012, Gregg Sulkin appeared in the American teen drama series Pretty Little Liars as Wesley Fitzgerald. In 2013, he was cast in a TV show based on the book Delirium, but the show was not picked up by the network.

Recent Roles (2014–Present)

From 2014 to 2016, Gregg Sulkin starred in the MTV comedy Faking It, playing the character Liam Booker. He also appeared on the show Lip Sync Battle in 2015, where he performed songs by The Darkness and Kelis.

In 2017, Gregg starred as Sam Fuller in the horror-thriller movie Don't Hang Up. He also played Chase Stein in Runaways, a Hulu series that is part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. In 2021, he starred in the show Pretty Smart. More recently, he has been seen in the second season of the BBC war drama World on Fire (2023) and the war film The Six Triple Eight (2024).
