What Happens in Season 4
In this season, Gibby starts spending a lot more time with Carly, Sam, and Freddie. He becomes a bigger part of their adventures.
One big event happens in November. The iCarly team accidentally starts a huge fan argument online. Fans at WebiCon couldn't agree on who should date whom. Some wanted Carly and Freddie (called "Creddie"), while others wanted Sam and Freddie (called "Seddie"). Even though Carly, Sam, and Freddie said they weren't dating anyone, the fan fight didn't really stop.
Five months later, Sam starts acting strangely. She hangs out with Freddie and Brad, a new intern, a lot. Freddie uses his new "MoodFace" app on Sam. It shows that she is in love! Carly and Freddie think Sam is in love with Brad. Carly tries hard to prove it. But Sam keeps trying to tell her that she's not in love with Brad.
Later, Freddie talks to Sam about being brave with feelings. He doesn't realize he's talking about himself! In the middle of their chat, Sam surprises Freddie. She kisses him passionately! This shows that Sam is actually in love with Freddie. Carly watches, totally shocked, from a window.
