Professional Football Journey

Lance Frazier had a long career playing professional football in different leagues.

NFL Experience

In October 2004, the Dallas Cowboys signed Lance from the Ravens' practice squad. He got a chance to play a lot because of injuries to other players. He started eight of the last nine games for the Cowboys. During this time, he made 38 tackles, had two interceptions, and recovered one fumble. His punt return average was one of the best among rookies in the NFC. He was later released by the Cowboys in August 2005 due to an ankle injury.

Arena and NFL Europe

After his time in the NFL, Lance signed with the Tampa Bay Storm in the Arena Football League (AFL) in October 2005, but he never played a regular season game for them.
