List of Darkwing Duck episodes facts for kids
Darkwing Duck is a fun American animated television series made by The Walt Disney Company. It first aired in 1991 and 1992. You could watch it on a special TV block called The Disney Afternoon and later on ABC on Saturday mornings. The show even had a sneak peek on The Disney Channel before it officially started!
The main character is a superhero duck named Darkwing Duck, whose secret identity is Drake Mallard. He's voiced by Jim Cummings. This show is a spin-off of another popular Disney cartoon, DuckTales.
In total, 91 episodes of Darkwing Duck were made. The first episode, "Darkly Dawns the Duck," was an hour long and aired on September 6, 1991. Later, it was split into two separate parts. The episodes were released in different ways, so their broadcast order wasn't always the same as the story's timeline. For example, an episode showing how a villain became evil might air after they had already appeared in other episodes!
