Time with the St. Louis Rams

Bulger joined the St. Louis Rams practice squad in late 2000. He was officially signed by the Rams in January 2001. During his first year with the team, he didn't play in any games. He was the third-string quarterback.

The Rams won their first playoff game against the Seattle Seahawks. However, they lost the next game to the Atlanta Falcons.
