Mason Blake Ramsey (born November 16, 2006) is an American singer. He became famous on the internet in March 2018. This happened after a video of him yodeling a song by Hank Williams in a Walmart store went viral. Soon after, he signed a music deal with Big Loud.

Mason Blake Ramsey was born on November 16, 2006. His hometown is Golconda, Illinois.
How Mason Ramsey Became Famous
In March 2018, Mason was 11 years old. A video showed him singing "Lovesick Blues" in a Walmart in Harrisburg, Illinois. This video quickly became super popular. It got over 25 million views in just a few days. Mason became an internet sensation.
His performance also made people interested in Hank Williams's old song again. Rolling Stone magazine reported that "Lovesick Blues" was very popular on Spotify's Viral 50 chart.
First Big Steps in Music
Because he was so famous, Mason appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. He told Ellen that he dreamed of performing at the Grand Ole Opry. Ellen surprised him by saying he was booked for the next weekend!
On April 13, 2018, DJ Whethan brought Mason out on stage. This happened at the 2018 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. Later that April, Mason signed a record deal. He joined Atlantic Records and Big Loud.
His first song, "Famous", was a hit. It reached number 62 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart. His first music collection, called an EP, also did well. It was in the top 10 of Billboard's Heatseekers Albums chart.
Mason also performed many famous number 1 songs. He sang hits from the 1960s to the present day. These included songs by Mariah Carey, Stevie Wonder, and Beyoncé.
Later Music and Appearances
In June 2018, Mason released his own version of "Lovesick Blues". He also released other songs like "Jambalaya (On the Bayou)". His first EP, Famous, came out on July 20, 2018.
Mason was also featured on a remix of "Old Town Road" by Lil Nas X. He performed this song with Lil Nas X at the 62nd Annual Grammy Awards. The YMCA also recognized him as one of their "15 under 15" for his music.
After 2019, Mason took a break from music. In 2020, he appeared in a Burger King commercial. He yodeled about cow-based methane emissions. Mason also shared that he plays basketball under the name Mason Blake.
In 2022, one of his older songs, "Before I Knew It", became popular on TikTok. Mason used it in videos where he updated fans about his life. He even showed that he worked at Subway for a while.
Recent Music Releases
On June 30, 2023, Mason released "Reasons to Come Home". This was his first new song in almost four years. He released another song, "She Got It Outta Me", in August 2023. In September 2023, "Next Right Thing" came out.
These three songs were part of his new EP, Falls Into Place. This EP was released on October 20, 2023. It also included two new songs: "All I Wanna Be" and "Falls Into Place". On November 10, 2023, Mason released a Christmas song. It was a country cover of "Run Rudolph Run".
In 2024, Mason continued to release new music. "Here All Day" came out on January 26, 2024. "Blue Over You" followed on February 23, 2024. On April 26, 2024, he released "Something You Can Hold".
On June 20, 2024, Mason performed with Lana Del Rey. They sang "Blue Over You" together at Fenway Park. On June 28, 2024, Mason released two more songs: "All The Way To Memphis" and "How Do I Know If I'm In Love".
Mason Ramsey released his first full album, I'll See You In My Dreams, on September 20, 2024. He also released a music video for the album's title song.
