The Nickelodeon Animated Shorts Program is a cool project that started in 2012. It's where talented people at the Nickelodeon Animation Studio create short animated cartoons. These shorts are like test episodes for new ideas. If a short is really good, it might become a full TV show on Nickelodeon or Nick Jr.!
Some popular shows that started as shorts from this program include Breadwinners (which began in 2014) and The Loud House (which started in 2016). There were also plans for shorter series like MooseBox and Sharkdog in 2018. This program helps Nickelodeon find the next big hit!
