North Cleveland is a small community in Liberty County, Texas, United States. It is part of the larger Houston–The Woodlands–Sugar Land metropolitan area. In 2020, about 225 people lived there.

Where is North Cleveland Located?
North Cleveland is in the northeast part of Liberty County. It shares borders with the city of Cleveland to its east and south. To the north, you'll find San Jacinto County and the Sam Houston National Forest. The East Fork of the San Jacinto River forms its western border.
A major road, Interstate 69/U.S. Route 59, goes through the southeast corner of North Cleveland. This four-lane highway helps people travel around the area. It goes northeast about 28 miles (45 km) to Livingston. It also goes southwest about 45 miles (72 km) to Houston, a much larger city.
The community covers a total area of about 1.9 square miles (5.0 square kilometers). A small part of this area, about 0.03 square miles (0.07 square kilometers), is water. The water in the North Cleveland area eventually flows into Galveston Bay through the San Jacinto River. This means it is part of the bay's watershed, which is all the land where water drains into a specific river or bay.
