Randolph is in the southwestern part of Orange County, Vermont. It sits in the southwestern corner of the larger town of Randolph.
To its east, you'll find the Third Branch of the White River and a smaller stream called Ayers Brook. These rivers are part of the Connecticut River system.
How to Get Around Randolph
Several roads help people travel in and out of Randolph.
Main Roads in Randolph
- Vermont Route 12 goes right through the village. It serves as Main Street. This road travels north about 17 miles to Northfield. It also goes south about 7 miles to Bethel.
- Vermont Route 12A starts in Randolph. It takes a different path, heading northwest, then north and northeast. This route also leads to Northfield, about 22 miles away.
- Vermont Route 66 begins in Randolph. It travels east about 3 miles to Randolph Center. It continues another 7 miles east to East Randolph.
- Interstate 89, a larger highway, is about 2 miles east of Randolph. You can easily reach it from Route 66.
