Where Sooty-headed Bulbuls Live
The sooty-headed bulbul lives in many countries. You can find it in Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Burma, southern China, Hong Kong, Macao, Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.
In China, these birds mostly live in the southern part. This area is known for its warm climate. Sometimes, they are seen as far north as Shanghai. They have also been recorded as far west as Chengdu.
The bird's home range is split into two main groups. This is because they do not seem to live in the middle part of the Malay Peninsula. This gap is between Prachuap Khiri Khan province in Thailand and Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia.
