The Legend of Dick and Dom is a funny TV show, also known as a sitcom. It stars Dick and Dom as two young princes. They go on an exciting journey to find a special cure for a terrible sickness that hit their kingdom, Fyredor. Why? Because Dick accidentally dropped the first cure!
Their adventure isn't just about them. They're joined by Mannitol (Steve Furst), a wizard who is really, really bad at magic. There's also Lutin (Chloe Bale), a clever thief who just got out of prison. Together, they have to find many strange items, like a "magnofish." They put these items into a special bottle to make their potion. The whole story is told by Terry Jones, who used to be in Monty Python. The show ran for three seasons and ended on March 24, 2011.

Meet the Main Characters
Princes Dick and Dom
Prince Dick and Prince Dom are played by Richard McCourt and Dominic Wood. They are the sons of the King of Fyredor, a kingdom in a place called Bottom World. They seem to be in their early twenties. These princes are often clumsy and a bit silly.
When a bad sickness spread through their city, the king sent his best wizard to find a cure. Dick and Dom were the first to get better. But then, in their excitement, they accidentally broke the bottle with the cure! So, they had to go on a new quest. They took their wizard, Mannitol, and their servant, Lutin, with them to find the ingredients again.
At the end of the first series, they found all the ingredients. But guess what? They were all the wrong ones! They had made a potion to cure athlete's foot instead of the plague. In series 2, the sickness got worse, turning people into animals. So, Dick and Dom had to find the right ingredients super fast!
Mannitol the Wizard
Mannitol Chur-Railways (Steve Furst) is a wizard who joins Dick, Dom, and Lutin on their quest. He looks like an experienced wizard, but his magic is terrible! Most of his spells go completely wrong. For example, he once accidentally turned Dick into a cowpat.
Mannitol wears a long, brown robe that looks itchy. He is bald but has long red hair around the sides and a long beard. In one episode, "Dick's Brain," Mannitol gets sick whenever gross things are mentioned. In "The King of Kong's Conker," Dick and Dom turn to stone. Mannitol and Lutin almost had to marry the King's daughters to save them. Mannitol's funny last name, Chur-Railways, sounds like "miniature railways." He knows a lot about the special items they need for the potion.
Lutin the Servant
Lutin Mum (Chloe Bale) is the princes' servant. She's often grumpy and complains a lot. She used to be a thief. She doesn't like the hard work, like carrying all their supplies. When they get messy (which happens often!), Lutin complains about her hair or makeup. Even though her hair looks messy and she doesn't seem to wear makeup!
Lutin is tough and handles the princes and Mannitol firmly. She often calls Mannitol an "old fool" and doesn't listen to him. But she's also brave. In "The King of Kong's Conker," she easily beat a man-eating beast. She said it was because she's a woman, not a man! In the same episode, she had to pretend to be Prince Dom. She argued with Mannitol about who should marry which princess. Lutin said she couldn't marry Princess Minnie because her last name, Mum, would make it "Minnie Mum."
In one episode, Dom even kissed Lutin on the cheek! In "Tears of Fury," she had a crush on a man named Jasper. This showed her softer side, and they even shared a kiss. In "Land of the Luvies," she used her singing talent to trick some people and escape.
The Beastmaster
The Beastmaster (Dave Chapman) is the main bad guy in the show. He chases Dick and Dom through Bottom World in the second and third seasons. He's a tall man wearing a cloak and a mask that looks like a bull's head.
All the villains in series 2 work for him. But when they fail to stop the heroes, the Beastmaster turns them into animals. For example, Hans becomes a goat, and the Hag becomes a slug. When his evil animals fail him, he cooks and eats them! He is the one who caused the terrible sickness. In the episode "Haunted," he finally caught the heroes, but they managed to escape. At the end of the series, he falls into a deep hole and seems to die.
