Toby Anstis, born on December 14, 1970, is a well-known English radio and TV presenter. He currently hosts shows on Heart radio and its sister station, Heart Dance.

Toby Lee Anstis was born in Northampton, England. He went to Desborough School in Maidenhead, Berkshire.

Toby and his twin sister were adopted when they were children. His biological father was Italian, and his biological mother was English. Toby met his birth parents when he was an adult. He has said he was very "lucky" to have wonderful adoptive parents.

Toby Anstis started his career on a popular BBC show called The Broom Cupboard. He was the very last presenter for that show. He also spent three years working for BBC Children's TV.
