Villenova is a small town located in Chautauqua County, New York. In 2020, about 1,053 people lived there. The town is found on the eastern edge of the county, southeast of the city of Dunkirk.

The area that is now Villenova was first settled around 1809. The town of Villenova was officially created in 1823. It was formed from a part of the nearby town of Hanover.

Two main roads cross in Villenova: New York State Route 83 and New York State Route 322. They meet at a spot called Balcom Corners.

Some notable people have connections to Villenova:
- Albert Cole Hopkins was born in Villenova. He later became a U.S. Congressman for Pennsylvania.
