West Sulawesi (in Indonesian: Sulawesi Barat) is a province in Indonesia. It is located on the island of Sulawesi. The capital city of West Sulawesi is Mamuju.

In 2010, about 1,158,651 people lived here. By 2014, the population grew to 1,284,620. The province covers an area of about 16,796 square kilometers. West Sulawesi became a separate province in 2004. Before that, it was part of South Sulawesi.
