Chantelle Whitney Brown-Young (born July 27, 1994), known as Winnie Harlow, is a famous Canadian fashion model. She is also a public speaker about a skin condition called vitiligo. Winnie became well-known in 2014 when she was on the TV show America's Next Top Model.
A big moment in her career was in 2018. Winnie Harlow became the first model with vitiligo to walk in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. Winnie Harlow was born Chantelle Brown-Young on July 27, 1994. Her parents are Lisa Brown and Windsor Young. She grew up in the Greater Toronto Area in Canada. Winnie has Jamaican family roots and two sisters.
When she was four years old, Winnie was diagnosed with vitiligo. This is a long-term skin condition where parts of the skin lose their color. Because of her skin, other children sometimes teased her. They called her names like "cow" or "zebra." Despite this, Winnie grew up to be a strong and successful person.
