Zuchwil has a long history! The town was first mentioned in official records way back in 1052. At that time, it was called Zuchwile.

The town is located in a special spot. It sits in a triangle formed by two rivers, the Aare and the Emme. It's also near the Bleichenberg / Birchi mountains and the city of Solothurn.
