Zunzgen is a small town, also called a municipality, in Switzerland. It is located in the Sissach area, which is part of the canton of Basel-Country. Think of a canton like a state or a large region within Switzerland.

Zunzgen covers an area of about 6.88 square kilometers (about 2.66 square miles). A big part of this land, almost 50%, is covered by forests. These are mostly dense, thick forests.

About 38% of Zunzgen's land is used for farming. Farmers grow crops, have pastures for animals, and grow fruits like apples or grapes. The remaining land, about 12%, is where buildings and roads are. There are also small rivers and lakes in the area.
