  • On November 14, Count Geoffrey II of Anjou passed away.
  • King Andrew I of Hungary, who was born in 1015, also died in 1060.
  • Emund the Old, who had been the king of Sweden since 1050, passed away.
  • Mei Yaochen, a famous Chinese poet, also died this year.
