36th Annie Awards facts for kids
The 36th Annual Annie Awards were a special event held on January 30, 2009. These awards celebrate the very best in animation from the year 2008. The ceremony took place at Royce Hall in Los Angeles, California. A movie called Kung Fu Panda was a huge winner, taking home 11 awards, which was almost every award it was nominated for!
