William Dwight Schultz (born November 24, 1947) is an American actor. He has worked in television, movies, and as a voice actor for many animated shows and video games.

He is well-known for playing Captain "Howling Mad" Murdock in the 1980s action series The A-Team. He also played Lieutenant Reginald Barclay in the Star Trek universe.

In the world of cartoons, Dwight Schultz is famous for voicing characters like the mad scientist Dr. Animo in the Ben 10 series. He also voiced Adrian Toomes/Vulture in some Marvel video games.
