God Powers and Mythical Units

As you play, you'll gain "favor" from your chosen gods. This favor lets you use special "god powers" that can turn the tide of battle. For example, you might call down a lightning bolt, create a forest, or even summon a tornado! You can also train powerful mythical units, like the Cyclops or the Medusa, to fight alongside your human armies.

The Exciting Story Mode

Age of Mythology has a fun story mode, also called a campaign. You follow the adventures of an Atlantean hero named Arkantos. He travels through different lands, meets gods and monsters, and tries to stop an evil plan that threatens the world. The story is full of twists and turns, taking you through ancient Greece, Egypt, and the Norse lands.

Playing with Friends

Besides the story mode, you can also play Age of Mythology against other players or computer opponents.
