Bastion Peak is a tall mountain in the Wind River Range in Wyoming, a state in the United States. It stands at about 13,500 feet (4,100 m) (4,115 meters) high. This makes it one of the highest mountains in Wyoming.

The peak is the ninth-highest in the Wind River Range and the tenth-highest in Wyoming. Its top sits on the Continental Divide. This is like a giant line across North America where rivers on one side flow to the Pacific Ocean and rivers on the other side flow to the Atlantic Ocean.

On the eastern side of Bastion Peak, you can find part of the Gannett Glacier. A glacier is a huge, slow-moving river of ice. The Gannett Glacier is the biggest one in the American Rocky Mountains. Close by, to the northeast, is another high point called Bastion Peak-Northeast Peak, which is also very tall at 13,476 ft (4,107 m).
